ABOUT ME
Robert Strachan BA
is passionate about digital games, Bachelors in Games Design at The University of Wales: Newport school of art and design. His formal studies have primarily focused on creating contemporary design, built upon a fundamental understanding of traditional design principles. To maintain an innovative perspective on games design he studies from multiple disciplines to develop an informed working practice that is not limited to just an individual media influence. Informing his work produced for games design, interactive media, animation and illustration.
With his work being shown at Gamecity 2009, an international festival of games design in Nottingham in addition, his published writing on games can be found in the University of Wales library.
He is currently eagerly reviewing work opportunities as a Games Designer in the UK and overseas.
